About NAAIP

Advancing the ethical practice of AI in Nigeria.

The National Association of Artificial Intelligence Practitioners is a professional body uniting AI experts, researchers, and academics. Founded on 29 April 2024 after a national training programme for educators across Nigerian tertiary institutions, it promotes responsible, secure, and unbiased AI, and homegrown innovation built on indigenous data.

Orchestrated the founding of the association on 29 April 2024, after a large-scale training programme for educators and professionals across Nigerian tertiary institutions. Every milestone since has led to NAAIP 2026.
